Helsinki 2005 re-tests reveal six adverse findings

The IAAF re-testing of a selection of doping samples collected at the 2005 IAAF World Championships, Helsinki, Finland, from a wide range of disciplines and nations, have revealed a further six adverse findings.

IAAF signs a new broadcasting agreement with China Central Television (CCTV), overseen by Dentsu Inc., the IAAF’s exclusive agency for marketing rights worldwide and for media rights outside Europe and Africa, for a six year period from 2014-2019.

Moscow 2013 to open ticket sales on October 15th

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the XIV IAAF World Championships, Moscow 2013, will start selling tickets on the internet on October 15, 2012 - almost 1 year before the global championships.

IAAF and Toyota extend World Championships partnerships till 2017


The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) is delighted to announce that, with the support of IAAF Marketing Partner Dentsu, the Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has signed an agreement to continue as an official partner of the IAAF World Championships until 2017.
