African champions Van Zyl and Viljoen in Benin to defend crowns

South African's reigning African 400m hurdles and Javelin champions, LJ van Zyl and Sunette Viljoen will arrive in Benin tommorow for the 18th Africa Senior Athletics Championships looking for their fourth and third consecutive titles respectively at the Africa showpiece.

The annual Athletics Course and Training Camp organised by Quinton Steele Botes, which started on Monday at Windhoek’s Independence Stadium, Namibia has drawn a record 357 participants.
